Why put a pillow between my knees?
When you sleep on your side, your top knee slides forward and down. That rolls your pelvis and twists your lower back. A knee pillow keeps your knees stacked, so your hips and spine stay in line.
Will it stay in place?
Yes. The elastic strap loops around your top leg just above the knee, so the pillow stays between your knees when you roll over.
How big is it?
22 × 24 × 13 cm. It fits between your knees without pushing your legs wide apart.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover and wash it cold on a gentle cycle. Don't wash the foam; spot-clean it with a damp cloth.

What is your return policy?
The knee pillow is covered by our 30-day change-of-mind policy. If it isn't right for you, email us at support@sleepsake.co.uk within 30 days of delivery — we'll accept it for a full refund as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
