It took a few nights to get used to as normally I slept with my arm under me. Getting frozen shoulder and bursitis I had to consider a whole new way to sleep sideways. I invested in the Sleepsake butterfly pillow. Now I sleep thru most of the night and I'm waking up feeling way better. No crushed shoulders and hoping that my shoulders can recover after awhile. Well worth the money and I dont get hot with this pillow I love how it cradles my neck. I had a fall a few years ago lost 2 inches in my neck. My neck now rests and feels very supported. I am so impressed with my new butterfly pillow. I have 3 prolapsed discs in my neck following a 30 year+ nursing career. I have tried so many pillows that it’s almost a family joke when a new one arrives at the door. I bought this sleepsake butterfly pillow and the quality is very good and memory foam not to hard.
There are two loft , one for the higher side and the other for the lower side.
Unfortunately I am a very short person who has a very short neck.
And don't get the full support, I did notice that I had no shoulder pain next morning.
As your aware this butterfly pillow comes with 100 nights free trial and this is Awesome and it does state that any reason your not satisfied you can send it back, no questions asked.
Like I said my neck was so short and after 3 days ,I emailed sleepsake explaining this. Within 15 minutes I had my full refund back into my account. I was actually amazed this was dealt with so quick and not one question asked.

This pillow has the perfect balance — not too firm, not too soft. I’ve tried so many pillows over the years, including other ergonomic ones, and they were always either too stiff, too squashy, or left me waking up sore. With this one, it took me a couple of nights to find my sweet spot for both side and back sleeping, but once I did, there’s nothing else like it on the market. It’s so good that I now travel with it and avoid hotel pillows altogether, because they almost always used to give me shoulder or back pain. I genuinely don’t want to sleep on anything else.
I am a Physio and treat a LOT of necks! I have personally trialled multiple memory-foam and curved pillows over the years, but none provided the correct height or contour for my neck. This pillow has been the first to give consistent support.
The central dip allows the head to settle in a neutral position, and the curved shoulder contour maintains good cervical alignment and genuine comfort around shoulders. Was a little skeptical but hopeful with this pillow. And it has delivered! Took a week to get used to it but no more physio on my neck and shoulders which was givinge pain right down my arms. I’m blown away by how great they are!

Very happy with the new butterfly pillow. Sleeping a lot better. Although I got it mainly for a stiff neck I have had for quite some time. It has helped but not removed the neck stiffness. I love the way my head fits into the hollow and it is soft but yet firm. Very happy with it. I just purchased another for my friend the other day.
I’ve been using other similar pillows and they were great for my neck support. But I am noticing less shoulder pain and longer sleep without waking in pain. So much.

This is a fantastic pillow. The difference in where I rest my shoulder is really noticeable, without having that feeling of being 'squashed' into the mattress. Flipping the pillow around between heights is easy, because the pillow is so light. The pillowcase is really soft too. I highly recommend this pillow.
So I have been looking for a new pillow for some time and spent some money on pillows that were not what they say they were.
I decided to try this one and see, it looked and sounded like a firm pillow and had lots of curves for side sleepers like myself.
I have had it for 3 weeks, it took me 2 weeks to get used to it and adjust, no pain just getting used to the curves and where the neck sits.
I would definitely reccommend and try , I have spent a couple hundred dollars on pillows that were like paper and very small and not what they say they are or do.
This pillow definitely caters for two different size people it has the low and high side, which I think is great as caters for more people. The foam is definitely great quality and in comparison to the other pillows I bought, I know it is.
Would try it and see, for side sleeping we need to have pillows that support and this is one you should try. The 100 day trial is good as it is needed to see if it is for you.

This pillow was recommended to me and I can honestly say it is the best pillow I have ever had. My sleep is much better due to not tossing and turning all night and my neck and shoulders are not sore when I wake up.

I bought 2 pillows, one for myself and the other for my partner. For one night only I swapped my butterfly pillow in and out with my usual pillow. Second night I was hooked on the butterfly pillow. My partner took 2 nights to adjust and he is equally hooked by the butterfly pillow.
The butterfly pillow is so different to other pillows so this made us sceptical but sparked thankfully my interested.
My partner has very wide shoulders and he has suffered always with normal pillows, waking many times during the night, then awake needing the bathroom, the cycle went on night after night thinking it was the norm at 66. He now sleeps through the night he is less restless while sleeping and having less apnoea’s!
I have been a tummy sleeper forever and as a result my back and shoulders suffered. The butterfly pillow is helping me train myself to side sleep yet I can still turn part way onto my tummy when habit overtakes me. I’m comfortable all night and in way less pain in the morning.

I have been experiencing neck and shoulder pain for over 12mths. I tried a cheaper butterfly pillow to see if it suited. I was a little bit more comfortable. So I decided to try sleepsake. I'm sleeping better, tossing/turning less and neck/shoulder pain is improving. Great for side sleeping and love the space for hands/arms.
I’ve only had 2 night’s sleep with the new pillow, so I’m still getting use to it.
Neck and shoulders are sore as my body is aligned differently.
I believe it takes a bit of time getting used to the change.

I was hoping that it would help with Chronic Migraine due to Spinal neck issues, however it hasn't so far, I will persist. I do feel that it helps with my posture. I will let you know how I go.
Really liking this pillow. Have had shoulder pain waking me for over two years and this has stopped it. I have previously had neck issues and was worried they would return with changing pillows but my neck is great too (I’m a side sleeper). I don’t know how, but it works. I’ve just bought one for my dad as he has severe shoulder pain that wakes him frequently during the night so will be interesting to see if it works for him as well. I wasn’t fussed on the pillow cases so I’m just using my normal pillowcases. Highly recommend this pillow.
