I bought this sleepsake butterfly pillow and the quality is very good and memory foam not to hard.
There are two loft , one for the higher side and the other for the lower side.
Unfortunately I am a very short person who has a very short neck.
And don't get the full support, I did notice that I had no shoulder pain next morning.
As your aware this butterfly pillow comes with 100 nights free trial and this is Awesome and it does state that any reason your not satisfied you can send it back, no questions asked.

This pillow has the perfect balance — not too firm, not too soft. I’ve tried so many pillows over the years, including other ergonomic ones, and they were always either too stiff, too squashy, or left me waking up sore. With this one, it took me a couple of nights to find my sweet spot for both side and back sleeping, but once I did, there’s nothing else like it on the market. It’s so good that I now travel with it and avoid hotel pillows altogether, because they almost always used to give me shoulder or back pain. I genuinely don’t want to sleep on anything else.

I've had consistently higher sleep scores and longer deep sleep since I started using my pillow. I find it very comfortable settling down now. I have one issue with the material of the pillow case which was resolved by putting a regular cotton one over the top. My skin was starting to break out with the original pillowcase.
I really love my new pillow, I do wish it was possible to buy pillow cases for the pillow that fit snuggly. I find with ordinary pillow cases some of the contours/shapes of the pillow aren’t as good as they could be with an exact fitting pillow case. I tried my pillow without any additional pillow case (just the one it came in) however embarrassing I’ve discovered how much I must ‘dribble’ through the night and i’m loathe to risk soiling the actual pillow. Please let me know if at some time you design and sell the filled pillow cases individually. 🥰🥰🥰

It’s taken me about three weeks to adjust to this pillow as I’m a back sleeper, but my sleep has improved from 3-4 hrs sleep a night to now getting 6-7 hours most nights. I've had a butterfly pillow before and didn't get along with it however, this one feels completely different.
It is a lot softer but still supportive. It took a couple of weeks before it felt comfortable, but I think that is as your neck is aligning itself (don't know as I'm not a professional).
Would recommend that you try this even if you have tried others in the past.

I find the pillow helps me sleep on my back and support my shoulders at the same time. Sometimes I put an ordinary feather pillow on top of the butterfly pillow to be more comfortable and still use the contours of the butterfly beneath.
